2. Scope of Services

  • Our role is to act as a real estate agent to facilitate the sale or purchase of plots, apartments, or buildings.


  • We facilitate transactions for real estate projects registered under the Gujarat RERA Act.


  • As an agent, we provide assistance to both allottees (buyers) and promoters (builders) to exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations during booking.


3. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide accurate information, the details of the projects (such as images, floor plans, and amenities) are provided by the promoters.

  • Apna Dalal is not responsible for any construction delays, quality issues, or project cancellations by the developer.

  • Users are advised to verify the RERA registration and project documents independently before making any financial commitment.

4. User Obligations

  • Users must provide true and accurate information while filling out inquiry forms on our website.

  • The real estate agent shall facilitate the possession of all documents that an allottee is entitled to at the time of booking.


5. Compliance with Laws

  • We operate strictly under the provisions of the RERA Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.


  • We do not involve ourselves in any unfair trade practices as specified under Section 10 of the Act.


  • We shall not facilitate the sale of any property in a project that requires registration with the Authority but is not registered.


6. Ethical Standards

  • We maintain and preserve books of accounts, records, and documents as required by Rule 14 of the RERA rules.


  • We do not contravene the provisions of any other applicable laws in force.
