Refund & Payment Policy

1. Scope of Financial Transactions

Apna Dalal (operated by Radhe Enterprise) acts as a professional facilitator between real estate promoters (builders) and allottees (buyers). This policy governs any service fees, brokerage, or consulting charges paid directly to Radhe Enterprise.

2. Payment Terms

  • Service Fees: Any professional fees for consultancy or brokerage services are due as per the specific agreement made at the time of property booking or site visit.

  • Payment Methods: We prefer payments through secure digital channels (Bank Transfer, UPI) or Cheque to ensure a clear audit trail.


  • Records: In compliance with Rule 14 of the Gujarat RERA regulations, we maintain and preserve comprehensive books of account and records for all financial transactions related to our real estate agency services.


3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundability of Service Fees: Once a service has been rendered (such as site visits, legal documentation assistance, or facilitation of a booking), the service fees paid to Radhe Enterprise are generally non-refundable, unless a different written agreement exists between the agent and the client.

  • Booking Amounts: Any "Booking Amount" or "Token Money" paid by a buyer directly to a Promoter/Builder is subject to the specific refund and cancellation policy of that developer and the terms of the Agreement for Sale. Apna Dalal is not responsible for the refund of monies paid directly to developers.


  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a transaction failure where Radhe Enterprise was unable to fulfill its facilitation duties as outlined in Section 9 of the RERA Act, a partial or full refund of agency fees may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.


4. No Unfair Trade Practices

We do not charge hidden fees or engage in unfair trade practices. All service charges are discussed transparently before the commencement of services.

5. Assistance in Refunds from Promoters

While we are not liable for refunds from developers, as your registered agent (Registration No: AG/GJ/AHMEDABAD/AHMEDABAD CITY/AA04934/220431R1), we provide professional assistance to help you exercise your rights to seek refunds from promoters in case of project delays or defaults, as per the RERA Act.
