1. Agent Registration

Apna Dalal is a real estate agency platform operated by Radhe Enterprise. We are a registered Real Estate Agent with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GujRERA), holding registration certificate number AG/GJ/AHMEDABAD/AHMEDABAD CITY/AA04934/220431R1. This registration is valid from April 22, 2026, to April 22, 2031.

2. Information Accuracy

  • The information, images, and project details displayed on this website are primarily provided by the respective real estate promoters (builders).


  • While we facilitate the possession of all information and documents that an allottee (buyer) is entitled to at the time of booking, the final project specifications are subject to the promoter’s disclosures on the official GujRERA portal.


  • All images, layouts, and amenities shown are for representative purposes only and may differ from the actual final property.


3. Statutory Compliance


  • Apna Dalal only facilitates transactions for real estate projects that are duly registered with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority.


  • We do not facilitate the sale or purchase of any plot, apartment, or building in a project that requires RERA registration but has not been registered with the Authority.


  • We strictly adhere to the provisions of the RERA Act and do not engage in any unfair trade practices as specified under Section 10 of the Act.


4. User Verification

  • Users are strongly advised to independently verify the RERA registration number and current status of any project listed on this website by visiting the official GujRERA website at gujrera.gujarat.gov.in.


  • Any decision to invest or purchase a property should be made after careful review of the project’s legal documents provided by the promoter.


5. Limitation of Liability

As a facilitating agent, Radhe Enterprise (Apna Dalal) shall not be held liable for construction delays, quality issues, or any disputes arising between the buyer and the promoter. Our role is limited to providing professional assistance and facilitating communication between the allottee and the promoter.
